1. Service
milliondollarprompt.com ("Service") allows users to purchase digital word contributions (€5 for 5 words) that are added to a collaborative AI art prompt.
2. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe in EUR. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
3. No Refunds
All purchases are final. Per EU Directive 2019/770 for digital content, you acknowledge that digital goods are delivered immediately upon payment and waive your right of withdrawal.
4. Content Moderation
Submitted words are moderated by AI before payment. Words containing hate speech, NSFW content, personal information, or spam will be rejected and no payment will be processed.
5. Intellectual Property
AI-generated images are created by the platform and remain property of Gexiro Enterprises Ltd. Purchased words become part of the public prompt.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for AI output quality, service interruptions, or any indirect damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
